Are you a 'thought' manager?

New book goes behind idea of managing our thoughts to change our health, relationships and more

Please Change Your Mind: Because You Are What You Think - by Steve White

Please Change Your Mind: Because You Are What You Think

Who: Steve White, CEO of Steve White Today, helps companies develop strategic plans for employees and profitability. A former partner at Arthur Young and founder of several management consulting firms, White is the author of the newly released Please Change Your Mind.

What: Available for interviews on the topic of our thought, best practices for thought management, and why it works. White himself has had personal experience with thought examination, both in the business setting and out, when he was hospitalized for depression and underwent cognitive behavioral therapy 18 years ago. When: Date and time upon request.

Why: White asserts that each of us places a "law on our lens," identifying things we hold to be true, and that these laws control our emotions and behavior. By learning how to better manage our thoughts, White says we can learn to create the results we want to achieve in all areas of our lives.
